The 2016 Well-Being & Engagement Report unlocks insights from over 1,200 employees across 45 U.S. markets.
In the report, it shows that there’s a connection between well-being and engagement. In fact, when employees feel like they have higher well-being, 88 percent of them feel engaged at work, 84 percent are loyal to their teams and 84 percent would recommend their organization as a great place to work.
