In contemporary organisations, knowledge and talent management are increasingly important to be able to compete in markets. At the same time, in business schools, research, teaching and training self-leadership and leadership skills are increasingly taking centre stage in executive programmes.
In this context, at EADA Business School, specific innovative programmes are being developed, with major foci on promoting (self) leadership, such as the International Master on Leadership and Organisational Coaching (MILCO) and the High Managerial Performance Master (MARD).
